We are thrilled to introduce to you our committed team:

Zef Eisenberg, Chairman

An experienced entrepreneur with a reputation for getting things done.  With an extensive background in fitness, property and engineering, Zef brings a useful mix to the rest of the committee members in achieving this exciting goal of delivering Guernsey the best and biggest playground.  He played a key role as founder sponsor, fundraiser and is a current committee member of the GXSA (Guernsey Extreme Sports Association) that was responsible for delivering, building and managing the Beau Sejour Skatepark.  Most importantly Zef has two kids, all of which enjoy using this amazing park playground.

Andy McCutcheon, Deputy Chairman

Andy is a senior officer working for the Environment Services Unit of the Environment Department with a focus on land and coastal management.  He holds an honours degree in Horticultural Science and is a qualified arboriculturist.  Having worked in both private and public sectors Andy has developed skill sets in contract and general management with a particular interest in community partnership and participation to help conserve and enhance Guernsey's natural environment. He has four children.

Marco Tersigni, Project Manager

Marco has been the Field Officer with Agriculture, Countryside and Land Management Services (ACLMS - part of the States of Guernsey, Environment and Infrastructure) for 13 years. Saumarez Park is the largest public space under ACLMS management and Marco is responsible for the day to day management of the playground. Marco joined the Friends of Saumarez Park Playground Charity (FOSP) as a project manager 5 years ago. In that time, he has overseen the implementation of all phases of the playground project and will project manage phase 4 when it commences.

Hazel Seymour, Secretary & Treasurer

Hazel has been involved with FOSPP from the beginning. She became involved to give something back to the Island but also because she has a son also, who is delighted that his Mum is part of the playground project. Hazel works part time for the States of Guernsey as an HR Administrator and she also has her own business as a mobile masseuse.

Marco Tersigni

Field Officer at States of Guernsey and the fantastic hard working project manager for the playground, as well as man on the ground at the park and playground overseeing what is going on, as well as resolving issues, as they appear.

Oliver Brock

Our resident architect and playground designer, who has been with us from the earliest stages. A fantastic creative mind and important member of the team.
